Tingtang Boss (Hangul: 콩콩이파 보스, Tong-tong-i-pa Bo-seu) is the leader of the Tingtang Gang, a Syndicate of extortioners operating in District 10. He is a minor antagonist in Canto II: The Unloving.

Appearance

The Tingtang Boss is a man with a cocky expression, wearing his brown hair in a slicked-back manner, the sides of his head shaved. He has two dot tattoos on his left temple, and a teardrop tattoo beneath his left eye. His right ear is pierced with a few dangling earrings along it. He has a small moustache and beard, with a variety of lined tattoos along his entire body. He wears a green Hawaiian button-down shirt with a silver chain visible beneath it, over dark pants, with black shoes on his feet.

Personality

The Tingtang Boss is not overly eager to start a fight, instead preferring to make others grovel and beg for forgiveness to avoid being killed. He hastily views others with disgust.

Story

The Tingtang Gang was one of the four Syndicates competing in a card game for the Golden Bough that lies beneath the casino, with the Tingtang Boss being chosen to play in the game. The LCB met him when confronting the Tingtang Gang with the goal to take them down so they could infiltrate the casino posing as members, as well as to steal some of their Wishpower and clothing. The Syndicate and the Sinners engaged in a battle that leaves the gang members knocked unconscious. Later, when Rodion needed to infiltrate the poker game that the Tingtang Boss was meant to participate in, she poses as a representative of the Tingtang Gang.
