Tingtang Gang

The Tingtang Gang is a Syndicate located in the Backstreets of District 10. It is one of the primary Syndicates located around the casino that houses Branch J-03. The members, known as Tingtangers, wear Hawaiian shirts, and are notorious for their towering car pagodas around the casino and their stolen Wish Canister. They are led by the Tingtang Boss.

The Tingtangers primarily use Lust skills of every attack type. They are fatally weak to Slash, and endure Piercing attacks. Their primary gimmick is their Wishing skills, Gluttony skills that guarantee their ability to land Heads on their second attack, or in the case of the boss, on every attack. An effect they make use of with skills that apply debuffs on Heads Hit.
