The Tingtang Gang is a Syndicate located in the Backstreets of District 10. It is one of the primary Syndicates located around the casino that houses Branch J-03. The members, known as Tingtangers, wear Hawaiian shirts, and are notorious for their towering car pagodas around the casino and their stolen Wish Canister. They are led by the Tingtang Boss.
