Pablo
Pablo (Hangul: 파블로, Pabeullo) is a Docent of the Ring and an antagonist introduced in Leviathan Book3.
Appearance
Pablo is a dark skinned woman with cropped, white, hair ending just before her chin. Overtop the right side of her face, she wears an abstract mask resembling two human faces merged grotesquely, with a long piece of cloth hanging in its back. She wears a thin black choker, and a white suit jacket customary of Ring Pointillist uniforms, paired with white pants and a Docent's ring on her left hand. Beneath her left eye, she has three small black triangle markings, and wears a dainty earring on her left ear.
Following her first appearance, she is seen wearing a variety of bandages covering her body, most notably, her neck is wrapped in bandages and her face has several small bandages.
Personality
An eccentric woman, Pablo is a devout member of the Ring who lives to its ideals of artful ecstasy through the macabre and expression of human life through brutality. Accompanying her role as a Docent, she's a menacing person strong enough to temporarily hold her own against Garnet and Vergilius for a moment while she had the upper hand.
Story
While Garnet and Vergilius travelled to a nearby Ring gallery and school, they found a series of living statues acting as one of the displays, being attacked by these statues in an attempt to rid outside factors of their display. While this happened, Pablo approached, finding the commotion. Scolding the "statues" for moving, she slashed the throat of one while attempting to discuss the matters of things with the two Fixers. As Garnet attempts to save one of the members of the exhibit, she pointed out the difference in strength between him and the Color Fixer that accompanied him, approaching the woman with intent to kill her. While she held the dagger overtop the victim, Vergilius sped forward and slashed Pablo's mask off her face, causing a view of shattering glass to surround her as her body began twisting violently, contorting into a pile overtop itself, as she demanded the group looked at her in this form.
During Jumsoon's auction in the gallery, Pablo accompanied him, playfully stabbing at one of the eyes that peered through a hole in the wall. She glanced to Vergilius and Garnet, though refrained from acting. She is not seen again after this moment.

Trivia
- Pablo's name and design—most notably her mask—is a reference to Pablo Picasso and his works, featuring a specific reference to the artist's use of cubism as an art genre during the early 1900s.
- With her mask removed, Pablo appears to experience a strange transformation that goes unexplained. Vergilius and Garnet regard it with confusion, though the text does not elaborate on the event.
- Visually, as this occurs, several depictions of broken glass and shards appear in the vicinity, implying a possible connection to the Mirror World and the Ring's experiments involving it.
