Technology Liberation Alliance
The Technology Liberation Alliance is a terrorist organization that aims to destroy the various technologies used in the City, with the end goal of creating a peaceful world without the cruelties of technology.
Overview
The Technology Liberation Alliance is comprised of terrorists who previously worked as researchers at various renowned firms, such as the Wings.[1] The Alliance was formed from its members' shared resentment towards the City's technology due to the inhumane suffering that regularly arises from its usage. Despite this, the Alliance does not hesitate from using technology themselves during their terrorist attacks. With their backgrounds as researchers, the Alliance members do not possess any significant skill in combat,[2] and hence rely on their technological knowledge to fight their targets without directly engaging them.
A subgroup of the Alliance, led by Dongbaek,[3] operated in Nest K. They launched several attacks against K Corp. using robots specifically designed to counter K Corp.'s regeneration ampules, as well as hacking K Corp.'s regeneration drones, aiming to destroy their Singularity, The Tearful Thing.

Bots
Fighting Style
The bots utilized by the Technology Liberation Alliance come in two primary types; Sawblades and Wrecking Balls. Each type also comes in two variations, Crude and Complete. All of the bots universally resist Slash, and are fatal to Blunt. As machines, they do not use Sanity, and have a fixed Sanity value of 0. Likewise, they are all Unsteady and Delicate, making them take extra damage from Rupture

Lobotomy E.G.O
The Technology Liberation Alliance took control over an abandoned L Corp. branch located in District 11 that K Corp. had been using as a laboratory. There, they acquired Lobotomy E.G.O of the Abnormalities that were originally contained in the branch which they subsequently used in their invasion of K Corp.
It is unclear how exactly the Alliance obtained Lobotomy E.G.O. Faust suggests the Alliance may have found a way to extract the E.G.O, in the same way that L Corp. did, utilizing the Qliphoth Deterrence emitted by the Golden Bough in their possession to repress corrosion.[4] Alternatively, the Technology Liberation Alliance Identities seem to suggest that the Alliance may have simply borrowed the E.G.O left behind in the branch, and as a result were limited by whatever E.G.O the branch had extracted when it was active.[5][6]
Fighting Style
Unlike most factions, the Lobotomy E.G.O users do not have a cohesive fighting style. Instead, the mechanics they use are reminiscent of the Abnormalities from which their E.G.O is derived from.
The Sloshing users rely on Blunt Gluttony attacks, as well as a mechanic revolving around the manipulation of Morale Boost

The Red Sheet users rely on Blunt Lust attacks, as well as a mechanic revolving around the manipulation of Entangled Curse Talisman

Dongbaek, who utilizes the Sunshower E.G.O, acts as a boss and shares similar mechanics with Drifting Fox. These similarities primarily lie through the manipulation of Sinking
