Trash Crabs
Trash Crabs are a species of mutant located in the Backstreets of District 21. It is one of the types of mutant found on the beaches of the backstreet. They have evolved to collect garbage that washes up on the beach and weaponize it, using everything from blades to artillery.

Fighting Style
Trash Crabs have attacks that fall under primarily four categories. The first is their Lust/Pierce skills, which apply rupture. Each crab has a single coin and a three coin variant. The second is their Gluttony Shell skills. These skills inflict a type of weapon fragility based on the weapons used by that crab. The third is their Gluttony Blunt AOE attacks, which are primarily used by the larger crabs on the second row in the chart below. These attacks also stack Rupture and occasionally deal bonus damage based on Rupture. Finally, they each have a defensive skill that does damage to those who attack the crab, either through a counter or through a recoil skill effect.
In addition to their skills, all crabs also feature a passive where they will attack their own allies once they take damage. Damaging or killing an ally Trash Crab will heal the perpetrator, leading to plenty of friendly fire.

- Trash Crabs are the first type of mutant fought by the Sinners. They are also the first type of mutant encountered by the player across all games in the franchise.
