The Zwei Association is one of the twelve Associations of the City, made up of Fixers specializing in civil protection and peacekeeping.

Details

The Zwei Association specializes in civil protection and peacekeeping, functioning similarly to a police department. Their top priority is protection, working to protect their client first and only killing in dire situations. However, their protection fees can be relatively steep.

The protection jobs that they take are relatively diverse. They may protect individuals or they may be hired to guard an entire area. Additionally, they can operate undercover as well, where they will wear plainclothes instead of their usual uniform to blend in to the citizens of their environment.

Equipment

Zwei Association Southern Branch

Among the weapons chosen by Zwei Fixers in the South, Zweihänders are the most common. However, glowing batons are not uncommon either.

The Zwei South uniform consists of a blue trench coat with black arm guards and shoulder pads. The shoulder pads and the bottom of the coat are also marked with yellow stripes. Underneath the trench coat, they wear a yellow shirt with a black tie, black slacks, and optionally a black vest overtop the shirt.

Zwei Association Western Branch

Zwei Association West Fixers generally use broadswords, and their uniforms consist of armor suits over the standard blue Zwei Association uniforms.

The World of the Zwei Association Southern Branch Identities were added in the Standard Extractions as Standard Identities and can be obtained through the Dispenser.

Zwei Association Identities generally use Slash.png Slash and Blunt.png Blunt Skills, along with Guard.png Guard Defense Skills. All Identities additionally have LcbSinGloom.png Gloom Affinity, while LcbSinSloth.png Sloth Affinity is very common.

Trivia

  • Following the naming pattern of the Associations, Zwei is German for the number two, but may also refer to their signature weapon of Zweihänders.
  • The Association logo features the number 2 over a blue shield, referring to their specialization as civil protectors.
  • Zwei Association South Section 6, to which Sinclair and Don Quixote's Identities belong to, is the same section that is fought in Library Of Ruina. Notably, every member of this section in Library of Ruina used swords in combat, while Sinclair uses a baton.
