District 10 (J Corp.)

J Corp. is one of the 26 Wings of the City, and is in control of District 10. The Wing utilizes two Singularities: one allows them to "lock" anything that is "exposed" or "open" on a conceptual level, and the other allows the extraction, storage, and usage of "Wishpower" to boost a person's luck.

Overview

J Corp.'s first Singularity revolves around the "locking" of objects and/or information that is "open" or "exposed" on a conceptual level. Its second Singularity allows the extraction and storage of "Wishpower" from individuals, which can then be re-applied through a tattoo to temporarily boost a person's luck. Currently, not much else is known about the Wing or its inner workings.

District 10 is known for its abundance of casinos and the prevalence of gambling among its population. Furthermore, J Corp. has a focus on ensuring the fairness of gambling sessions, and has employees devoted to the monitoring of ongoing games to ensure that their results depend entirely on chance.
