Twinhook Pirates

The Twinhook Pirates is a Syndicate located in District 21.

Overview

The Twinook Pirates are a subsidiary of The Middle, and they conduct business in various parts of the U Corp. Backstreets. Their Captain at sea is Hook, although their First Mate, Smee, is the person who is actually in charge of the Syndicate's business while on land.

While their "business endeavours" at sea is largely unknown, the Twinhook Pirates' revenue on land comes mainly from kidnapping. Their modus operandi in this involves kidnapping non-locals (mainly tourists, but also people on business missions), then extorting their family, friends, or backers with increasing amounts of ransom money. Once the people behind the hostages run dry of funds, they kill the hostages and leave their bodies to rot within the shipping containers that they use to imprison them.

The Twinhook Pirates are also involved in dealing of various District 21 specialty products, such as Mermaid perfume, whale oil, and Marlin Port's specialty ice cream.

They also all have a Guard skill that grants them Poise PoiseBoost critical hit chance by X*5% for the next Y hit(s). next turn, as well as a passive that allows them to generate more Poise PoiseBoost critical hit chance by X*5% for the next Y hit(s). on Clash Win. However, the rest of the kit can be divided up depending on which version of the pirate it is.

The weaker Moustachioed and Bandana-wearing Pirates only have Tear the Gap, a Pride skill that does bonus damage on Tails Hit if the user has Poise PoiseBoost critical hit chance by X*5% for the next Y hit(s)..
The stronger Agile and Tough pirates are divided into more offensive and defensive roles for the specifics of their skill effects, but largely have the same types of skills for the rest of their kit. They both have a Wrath skill that grants Damage Up Damage UpDeal +(X*10)% damage with skills this turn. (Max 100%) and Poise PoiseBoost critical hit chance by X*5% for the next Y hit(s)., plus either Fragile FragileTake +(X*10)% damage this turn. (Max 100%) or Protection ProtectionTake -(X*10)% damage this turn. (Max 100%) depending on the variant. They also both have Looting, a Pride Skill that copies the coins of a random skill from the opposing sinner on Clash Win. Finally, they also have a passive allowing them to gain SP when hitting targets with Bleed.
