District 16 (P Corp.)
P Corp. is one of the 26 Wings of the City, overseeing District 16. It is first visited by the LCB during Canto VII: The Dream Ending.
Overview
P Corp. is separated into a number of different corporate departments, including the Archival Department, the Martial Department, and the Compression Department. The latter two handle low to medium level threats within the District, although they prioritize those in the P Corp.'s Nest as opposed to those in the Backstreets.
Singularity
P Corp.'s Singularity is connected to the expansion and warping of space. Notably, unlike other space expansion technologies in the City, P Corp.'s Singularity has the aim of creating "the safest place in the world". Items created using the Singularity are highly resistant to damage and maintain their structural integrity regardless of external influences. The more expensive a P Corp. product is, the safer the interior is from harm. Faust theorizes that the inside is disconnected from the outside world entirely, allowing for full isolation.
In the District, it is used to ensure buildings are safe from various types of shock. It is also noted to be used in a variety of canned goods, including notably ice cream, as seen in Murder on the WARP Express. Devyat' Association's Courier Trunks utilize P Corp.'s Singularity, which is also used in some form by the Hana Association. Similarly to WARP Trains, dimensional containers have strict regulations and guidelines, most importantly that utilization of P Corp.'s Singularity must under no circumstances be to store living humans.

The Archival Department, whose Head Manager is Cesara, are interested in discovering the origin of La Manchaland.
La Manchaland
A phenomenon that materialized in the District 16 Backstreets in October 984. It was designated an Urban Plague three days after its first appearance, and as of December 984, it is currently designated as an Urban Nightmare level threat. It appears to be an amusement park built entirely out of human blood, and is behind a number of disappearances around P Corp. La Manchaland is believed by the Archival Department to be at least two hundred years old, and it has a radius of eight kilometers.

- P Corp.'s aesthetic is based on Art Deco, a style of architecture and visual arts that flourished in the United States and Europe during the first half of the 20th century.
- The Abnormality Shelter from the 27th of March from Lobotomy Corporation is notable for bearing a relation to P Corp. and its Singularity. The Abnormality reflects P Corp.'s aim at producing "the safest place in the world", additionally featuring the P Corp. logo on the preservation boxes within itself.
