Headchicken (O`-01-11-28), also known as Bongy, are ZAYIN-class Distortions that spawned from the Eunbong’s Bar & Fryers Owner's Distortion, Papa Bongy. They are encountered throughout Intervallo I, acting as the main enemies of the chapter.

Their appearance is based on Bongy, the mascot of Eunbong's Bar & Fryers.

These minions disappeared when the restaurant owner undistorted and returned to normal.

Story

I shall now begin to describe those cute yet bewildering things!
They are typically naked!
Awkward though it is to describe those things as entities of note...but nevertheless! Think of them as raw chickens well prepared for cooking, adorned with a pair of round, plump eyes!
Behold their adorable behinds!
Oh, do they reek of sweets and salts when they charge in!
Some taste of spicy seasonings, and some harbor the flavor of soy sauce!
Though the teeth on their maws may prick the mouth, 'tis inconvenience worth enduring!

• The Headchickens were the first instance of focused encounters outside of a dungeon.
• The Headchickens may be a reference to Headcrabs from the Half-Life series. They have similar names and appearances, and both are characterized by latching onto to the heads of their victims to control them.
