Thread is a basic resource in Limbus Company used to Uptie Identities and Threadspin E.G.O. Thread Crates are a related item that can be used to obtain more Thread.

Usage

The two uses for Thread are to Uptie Identities and Threadspin E.G.O to make them more powerful. The Thread cost for doing so increases with the Rarity and Risk level.

Obtaining Thread

Thread can be obtained in a variety of ways, ranging from rewards to converting other items into it. In addition to the in game methods listed below, Thread can be purchased from various packs featured in the shop.

• Using Enkephalin Modules to clear a Thread Luxcavation will give a small reward of Thread. The three Daily Bonuses will double the Thread rewarded and choosing the Skip Battle option will give an additional 50% rewards, rounded up.

• The Shard::Thread Exchange can be used to convert Egoshards into Thread at a 1-to-1 rate.
• Extracting a duplicate Battle Announcer will give 50 Thread Crates.
• At the end of each Season half of the player's Egoshards will be automatically converted into Thread and half of the player's Egoshard Crates will be converted into Thread Crates.
• Thread Crates can opened to randomly receive between 1-3 Thread.
• On each limited time Extraction banner the player can build up Yisang (Ideality) points by preforming extractions and those Yisang (Ideality) points will be converted into Thread when the banner expires.
• The Battle Pass has Thread rewards at certain levels on both the Free and Limbus Pass versions.
• Event Rewards Shops have Thread that can be obtained through either collecting or exchanging event currency.
• Certain Attendance Check Events give out Thread.
