Below is a list of E.G.O with HP healing, ranked based on their maximum healing output. This assumes a team of 7 Sinners, as per the standard for Canto VIII and MD6, in a Focused Encounter.
Healing can be divided into 4 types: Fixed value, % of damage dealt, % Maximum HP of E.G.O user, and % Maximum HP of target.

To better quantify the healing power of % damage dealt, healing values have been turned into coin power.
For example, Lantern Sinclair's Corrosion has a maximum roll value of 30, up to 5 Atk Weight, and heals by 50% of damage dealt. This means the Skill heals by a maximum of (30*5*0.5) = 75 HP. The actual quantity of healing will depend on enemy resistances / weaknesses, level and applied status effects.
