Erlking Heathcliff (6-44) has identical Sanity factors to most other enemies and Sinners, save for the unique Sanity factor:

  • If an ally is defeated, increase by 15 regardless of the ally's level.

Additionally, Erlking Heathcliff has no factors that decrease Sanity.
