Researchers of the Ring?

The Researchers of the Ring? are a group of former Ring researchers who were involved with maintaining the Glass Pods in the basement of Wuthering Heights. They were disguised as members of Öufi Association and wore the uniform worn by fixers of the Association, although instead of wielding the signature halberds they instead battle with paintbrushes.

Finally, they both have a simple Guard Skill that grants 3 stacks of Damage Up Damage UpDeal +(X*10)% damage with skills this turn. (Max 100%) if the Shield wasn't fully depleted by Turn End. Passively, they gain Clash Power by default and further heal SP on hit against targets with Bleed.
