Centaur is a non-fightable Abnormality that can be encountered in Abnormality events in the Mirror Dungeon.

It bears a striking resemblance to Nymph.

Appearance

Centaur resembles a nurse with a face bandaged with its own flesh. It wears a normal nurse's white blouse and hat, however its skirt is ripped where the Abnormality's lower body extends into the rusty frame of a hospital bed. Centaur's upper body possesses arms extending from its torso, with the right arm holding a massive pair of metal scissors, and the left arm extending into a giant, long three-pronged claw. Flesh melds with the legs of Centaur's bed, with hands replacing the stems and mounts of the bed's caster wheels. On the left rear side of the bed frame, an IV stand holding three skulls on one side and a blood pack on its other sticks outwards. From the blood pack, a tube siphoning blood coils down the IV stand, sticking back up into the left side of the nurse's head.

This is a hospital.

It's dark and bleak, like the hallway of the hospital always has been.

From the end of the hallway where the lights flicker, something giant approaches.

It slides down at a constant pace, making the sound of rusted wheels.

A person is tightly tied to the dusty hospital bed; could they have been a patient in the past?

When they reached the thought that there was no point in trying to fathom how long they had been lying in it,

It began to move at last, one with the bed.

Having earned the freedom to freely run after too long,

It fiercely charges at us, dragging its wheels along.

When the red line was pulled out, its body regained vigor as if relieved of some kind of curse. Perhaps the line was siphoning its nutrition rather than supplying it. You look down to find that a needle was poking into the back of your hand. You quickly pulled it out, but you felt dizzy for some reason. The Selected Identity took 20 HP Damage!

Run off. By the time we could no longer hear the wheels, we stopped and turned around. It stood still in the hallway, seemingly giving up on chasing us. One day, when the bed collapses and its wheels can no longer turn, it will finally be able to leave the hospital. We could get out of the place with just a few more steps. All Allies lost 15 SP!

• Both Centaur and Nymph's designs share similarities with and may have pulled inspiration from the iconic nurse enemies of the Silent Hill series.
