Resident of Metropolaris is a non-fightable Abnormality that can be encountered in the Mirror Dungeon through Abnormality events.

Appearance

Resident of Metropolaris appears as a silver and gold machine with a long, pointed silver torso with gold vertical stripes and silver arms with pointed ends. Its back has a circular piece of steel that has two long, upwards-pointing tips stemming from the left and right sides. Atop its body is a head with four gold eyes and a front-facing ring of pointed steel. Its neck is somewhat reminiscent of a spinal chord in appearance.

No one can be hurt here at Metropolaris.

The entity called it a city... but there's nothing here.

The only recognizable being here is the entity that greets you without even looking in your direction.

Ask if there are any other citizens. 'There are. Somewhere.' 'But you can't meet them.' 'Citizens of this city can never see nor touch each other. That is our revolutionary policy.' 'If no one can touch another...' The entity adds, a tinge of pride in its words. '... then no one can hurt another.' What will you do?

Walk past the city. 'Do as you will.' 'Time does not heal all wounds. It only turns them into scars.' 'You will one day remember us and miss us. You will miss our world where no one can hurt or be hurt by anyone.' Nothing happened.

Stroll this city where there is no one and no one to meet. The city was infinitely vast, and no one even dares to breathe as we walk. And its citizens are forever at peace. All Allies healed for 20 SP.

• Resident of Metropolaris may be a reference to the Maschinenmensch from Metropolis by Fritz Lang. The head shape bears a similarity, and while the body differs greatly from Lang's, it is still a feminine form. Lastly, the name of the Abnormality's home Metropolaris (메트로폴라리스) only has 1 additional syllable from Lang's Metropolis (메트로폴리스).
