One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds (O-03-03) is a non-fightable ZAYIN-class Abnormality, that was originally contained at L Corp. Headquarters.
It can be encountered in the Mirror Dungeon through Abnormality events exclusively on The Noon of Violet Theme Pack.
It is the source of the E.G.O Penitence.
Appearance
One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds has the appearance of a levitating cross, seemingly melded with a skull, both of which are bound tightly together by a thorn crown. A faint glow can be seen emanating from it. It can sometimes be heard chanting while in its containment unit, usually when an agent is working on it.

The Penitence E.G.O is extracted from One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds.
Ryōshū's Lobotomy E.G.O Identity was added as part of Walpurgisnacht - IV during Season 4 and is obtainable through the Dispenser exclusively during Walpurgis Night Events.
