- The event title is a reference to the play, A Midsummer Night's Dream, written by Shakespeare.
- The event story parodies how other gacha games tend to call the player ("Teacher", "Producer", "Captain", etc.), as well as the "isekai" genre of anime.
- Most notably, the three CGs of Vergelius interacting with Dante in the various Mirror Worlds are direct references to the opening cutscenes of Blue Archive, Arknights and Uma Musume: Pretty Derby.
