Usage

Formats an Observation Log.

Syntax

  • Writer and lacking Data is required.
  • Level 1 and 2 are optional, and only appear if you type it out.
  • If you do not have the info but still want to make it, putting ??? or some other placeholder is sufficient.
  • While the template suports indents, the formatting will look more consistent if you use the "br" tag to break lines.

Example 2 - indent vs br

Here, Lacking Data uses indents to space out line breaks. Level 1 uses "br" tag. Notice the difference.

It has the appearance of a fish.
-Its head had been cut off.

-The cut surface is clean; it appears to have been done with a single-sided edge, such as a knife of a scythe.

-It exhibits motions in spite of the lack of head. I am aware that whether or not an Abnormality has an intact head is completely irrelevant to its ability to show activity, but I will note this regardless.

-An inflated sack visible around the chest area. Could not make clear observation.

-Will note new discoveries in a future report.
