List of Floor Themes/The Dream Ending
The The Dream Ending Theme Pack is related to Canto VII: The Dream Ending Part III and features several exclusive E.G.O Gifts. It is added to the game along with the Mirror of Immortality's [HARD] Difficulty.

Each Abnormality Event node within the 'The Dream Ending' Theme Pack has a low chance of being the following Event.
Carnival of La Manchaland
"In this endlessly… this eternally… blessed carnival…"
The parade brings happy exclamations and smiles to the spectators. It's gaudy and extravagant no matter where or how we look at it.
It's just like the lyrics… it feels as though the carnival really is eternally blessed to go on forever.
"Oh."
Someone lets out a brief cry of pain, and a rusty syringe clatters to the ground.
"B-blood! Blood!"
"J-just a drop, please…!"
The parade falls apart immediately as everyone rushes madly toward the syringe.
It's like they don't even realize who or what's around them; they seem just about ready to rip apart whatever that stands in their way.
Should we stop them?
Try to stop them. Lust & Sloth Advantage check. Pass to gain a Bleed E.G.O Gift. We could very easily get swept up in this kind of action before we even know it. Leaving is an option, but… a hasty retreat would risk drawing the attention of the other Bloodfiends who haven't had the chance to touch the syringe. Getting into a large-scale conflict is generally inadvisable… maybe there's a Sinner who can somehow get us out of this situation?
