BindSpeed -X for this turn. can change the speed of allies and enemies. This changes the random speed value that a unit gets for a given turn. This changes targeting in chain battles and and allows for different clash options in focused battles.

Bind
BindSpeed -X for this turn. status effects change speed values for the turn, which can be very useful as having faster allies allows for more clash options. Some identities gain damage or skill effect bonuses based on speed differences or the quantity of haste. These statuses affect all Skills used that turn, regardless of the number of Skills used or Skill type such as Defense Skills or E.G.O Skills.
Speed cannot fall below 1, meaning large amounts of
Bind
BindSpeed -X for this turn. are often unnecessary. Some enemies, especially Abnormalities, will have fixed speed values for specific Skills or Skill rotations that makes using Haste or Bind not always useful.
