Because Bleed Potency has a maximum value of 99, a Bleed team can deal 99 fixed damage per coin roll per turn. For example, if an enemy with max Bleed Potency uses 3 Attack Skills this turn, and you Clash with each Skill 5 times before winning the Clash, the enemy will take 1485 fixed damage due to Bleed during those clashes. While it is difficult to get Bleed potency and Count high enough to deal that much damage outside of Mirror Dungeons, small amounts can still deal a lot of extra damage, especially against enemies with high level or other forms of damage reduction that take less damage from regular attacks.
